I, We, You, He, She, It and They are Personal Pronouns. They have others forms also that are used specific to cases(Possessive case , Objective case).
Personal mean related to persons. There are three types of persons we talk about in English grammar.
First Person – Who is talking (I, My, Mine, Me, We, Our, Ours, US)
Second Person – To whom one is talking. (You, Your, Yours)
Third Person – About whom two are talking. (He, His, Him, She, Her, Hers, It, Its, They, Their, Theirs, Them)
Note: When case of Personal Pronoun changes, its form also gets changed.

Don’t confuse with Possessive Adjective here when we are discussing about Personal Pronouns. Basically in Possessive case My, Our, Your, His, Her, Its and Their are used as Adjective or say Possessive Adjective. They are used before a Noun. My car, Your Table, His pen etc.
You can understand difference easily in sentences given below:
(My is used before car so it is qualifying the car, hence here My is Possessive Adjective)
